Duck Hunter Numbers Down? Do you notice?

In a recent American Hunter magazine there was an article dealing with the declining number of Waterfowl hunters.  Periodic U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service surveys found a 27% drop in the number of waterfowl hunters from 2001 to 2006 and a 37% decline in waterfowl hunter days spent afield. Trouble with Mouth Calls
